Ron Beard received his Bachelors degree from Eastern Michigan University where he played collegiate football and was coached by the president of McKinley Financial Services, Jim McKinley. Ron completed post graduate studies at Prairie View A&M University earning a Masters degree in Education and certifications in Supervision and Administration.

With over 30 years of experience in the education profession, Ron has been a Head College Football Coach, Assistant College Football Coach, Assistant Director of Athletics at the college level, and Assistant Principal of a middle school.

At McKinley Financial, Ron will be responsible for coordinating, managing, and executing administrative operations as they relate to the Student and Sports Coverage Division.
