Ralph Campbell joined McKinley Financial Services in July 1999 as Vice President of the Group Benefits Division. He was appointed to the position of Executive Vice President in July of 2008.
As President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Campbell will manage and supervise the sales force and staff members and oversee every aspect of the Company’s seven divisions.Ralph will still be responsible for the overall management of group benefits and sales. He recruits sales agents, develops and implements on-going training programs for agents, and identifies and develops new business opportunities for McKinley Financial Services

Like all of McKinley Financial’s division heads, Ralph is committed to service, not only to his clients, but also to the community. In 2001, Ralph co-founded Summit Education in Fort Lauderdale. Summit promotes experiential learning with the goal of “supporting people living and creating extraordinary lives.” In addition, he supports the Urban Teacher Academy Program (UTAP) by, for example, personally sponsoring the annual graduation dinner for UTAP graduates and their parents.
Because of his business acumen and social activism, Ralph was featured in Business in Broward in 2004 and has been a 4-time nominee for the JM Families African American Achievers Award.

Ralph is a native of Key West, Florida and is the proud father of twin boys, Brandon and Cameron. He is a graduate of Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA. |
