Agents may be assigned sales territories which would include local and interstate areas. Some divisions require their sales representatives to travel out of Florida as we are licensed to write insurance in over 30 states.

JOB DESCRIPTION
INSURANCE AND CLAIMS ADMINISTRATION

JOB OVERVIEW: Excellent opportunity to learn government operations and applicable Property and Liability insurance. Basic experience and licensing in either field is preferred but not necessary. Training will be provided.

EMPLOYER: McKinley Financial Services, Inc.

LOCATION: On-site for Client in West Palm Beach, FL office

DUTIES:
Claims-Related:
Assist the Sr Insurance Claims Specialist with clerical tasks, filing, claims processing
Assist with claims reporting to third-party administrator
Coordinate claims check processing
Coordinate claims not handled by the third-party administrator

Insurance-Related:
Certificate of Insurance compliance reviews and coverage confirmation
Maintain Property Schedules (listing of assets)
Policy follow-up and filing
Coordinate property appraisals
Obtain and coordinate underwriting data for insurance policy renewals

HELPFUL SKILLS:
Prior insurance or claims experience
MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
